Chef Allen prepared the unique and delicious Apple Almond Carri'e made from Fresh Apples donoated from Jutis Orchard in Fruitland, NC.

The Dessert won 1st Place in the Dessert category among many entries. It is an exclusive dessert with secret ingredients served on a beautiful plate with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, warm so that when you cut into it the chocolate ganache pours out.

Truly a delicacy you may consider having at the start of your dinner rather than at the end.
