Lake is full of many species of fish. Along with the hundreds of
rivers and streams in the area, any fisherman whether novice or
expert will get their limit. Bring your rod and we will keep the
flame hot for you when you return with your catch so we can prepare
it for you that same night in one of our beautiful dining locations.
05. Swimming:
Young or old, some of our fondest memories are surrounded with water.
Whether is was our first swim lesson or a family vacation, the water
always seems to be nearby. Water brings smiles and in this case
Osceola Lake and its 40 acres of fun and smiles await you. Don’t

06. Waterfalls:
Waterfalls are everywhere in Western North Carolina. Copper Crest
at Osceola Lake has it’s own too. Over 50 feet drop forming
a beautiful stream for playing or just relaxing. “Sliding
Rock” is a famous waterfall/slide not far from us and a wonderful
way to spend the entire day with the family.
07. Mountain Biking:
The Pisgah National Forest has national acclaim for its mountain
biking trails for all ages and levels of difficulty. The surrounding
beauty and breathtaking challenges will give you excitement and
adventure. The trails will leave you wanting more even after you
are back at Copper Crest relaxing. What you will find here is what
you always read about and only wish you could ride.
08. Cycling:
For the road riders out there that love long windy rides with hills
and mountains to challenge both the size of your heart as well as
your limits, Hendersonville and the surrounding areas of Copper
Crest were made for you. Local bike clubs are plenty for riding
with a group or as a family. Since we are riders too, Copper Crest
at Osceola Lake has accommodations for your bike and riding gear
so don’t worry.

Hiking is for the soul what air is to breathing. Western North Carolina
will fill you with a refreshing amount of both. For those who want
smooth casual walks to those who hunger the challenges of high difficult

from Copper Crest at Osceola Lake. Golfers have a variety of play
levels to choose from and the weather here allows for 12 months

Hendersonville is packed with cultural events and galleries for
the art lover in you. From the fun family arts & crafts activities
at Copper Crest to strolling down main street to the many art galleries
and antique shops. This town will fill your days with culture like
no other. Yet it does not stop there, after dinner at Copper Crest,
you may finish your night with a visit to one of many theatres in
the area for a show or play. We love art and will help you with
